American Girl lot - concession stand, surf board, salon chair, theater set.  All pieces have been played with and show some wear, but are still in very good condition.  Please see pictures for up close details.  Included in the lot are ....
Concession Stand - in excellent condition.  There is just the stand with sign.  No additional accessories are included with it.
Pink salon chair - good used condition.  Tilts back, swivels, and includes strap to hold doll in.
Surf board with paddle in excellent condition.
Theater set - microphone stand and marque board in good used condition.
