    Description

    Brand New 51W18165LTT6, Hitachi semiconductors used in memory type boards.  Please visit the website for any other applications, and operating temperatures along with uses.  The semiconductor is 44 pin.  I am selling in lot of 5.  All the units are new and is stored in reel and tape type storage.  I was previously repairing Hitachi equipments, so these were all from the manufacturer.  Units were stored in a dry and cool area.  Please let me know if you need more unit.  I can adjust pricing accordingly.  Units will be shipped in anti-static bags, and through USPS ground, or priority depending on location and cost of shipping.
