Vintage Canadian Mist Bottle Decanter w/ Lid Canadian Whiskey

Description

Vintage Canadian Mist blended Canadian whiskey e.  mpty decanter bottle with glass decanter top with original cork.
There are remains of the original red tax stamp.  The label around the neck read 4/5 quart and states "Imported by and bottled in the United States for Barton Distillers Import Co New York, N.Y."
The bottom of the bottle and the top of the glass decanter has a round fluted design.  On the bottom there D-are also some numbers around the edges.  On the top edge reads "D-396" and right underneath this is another smaller "D-396" in reverse.  On the left side appears to be a letter or number however I cannot make it out.  On the right side appears to be an upside down "7".  On the bottom reads "55 68" and right above this is a smaller "55 68".  I'm estimating from this that the bottle mold was made around 1955 and the bottle was made circa 1968 however I cannot confirm this.
The bottle measures approximately 11" high with the decanter lid.
